Before registering into the Student Registration Portal, the following scanned documents should be kept ready to be uploaded:

	Scanned copy of Passport Size Photo with Specimen Signature (Example Image)
	Scanned copy of all pages of Passport of the candidate (including empty pages)
	Qualifying examination Marks Memos and Course Completion Certificate
	Authorization Letter* ( Download Authorization Letter Format )
*Note: If any other person is applying on behalf of the foreign student, the application form shall be accepted only after submission of valid & genuine authorization letter on the bearer /applicant’s name. The applicant / the bearer shall produce a copy of residential proof, identity proof and genuine contact number. Sent to this office emails with a copy to the authorizer.

Note: Documents can be accepted only pdf and image formats (.jpg / .png) and size must be 500kb or below
